Sol Lewitt Retrospective Now Through 2033

But we'll probably still miss the show at Mass MoCA. Melinda has seen and worked with many Sol Lewitt walldrawings and other artworks, but this happens to be her fave. It's millions of crayon scribbles directly on the wall. You hardly notice it's there until you're right up on it.

What's so amazing about Lewitt's work is that he doesn't actually make it himself; he gives his assistants written instructions and they execute. It's quite a process especially when it comes to a HUGE walldrawing. This one is Wall Drawing 95. Oh yeah, they're all numbered instead of titled.

We never realized how much fun it would be to match sofas with their owners but that's exactly what Couch does on its website. This is our friend Megan's new sectional, though unfortunately she is not with her new sofa. Their prices are truly amazing for custom furniture.
